I have a new obsession for Tutu's. Seriously, can they get any cuter than this? This is our friends' little girl who is now 3 months. She has 3 older brothers at home so needless to say her mom is all for dressing her up! Thanks C for letting me decorate your daughter!
The tutu's are handmade in Fargo and are awesome quality. She uses a special technique so that the waistband is very comfortable for the kids. Her presentation is also second to none!
